Hi dudes,

While updating the gentoo ebuilds I realized we have some strangers in our repo:

 * places is both GPL-3 and LGPL-3, any good reason or it? GPL-3 for a
module might bring problems, not that I support or want any
proprietary modules in E process, but if one uses this module the
resulting process will behave as GPL-3, but some modules may assume
it's  simply BSD or LGPL-2 (due eina) and they may have problems.
However IANAL.

 * libeweather have COPYING as LGPL-2.1 but COPYING-PLAIN is about the
good old BSD.


If you are the author and could clear the situation, do it.
