Hi dudes, While updating the gentoo ebuilds I realized we have some strangers in our repo:
* places is both GPL-3 and LGPL-3, any good reason or it? GPL-3 for a module might bring problems, not that I support or want any proprietary modules in E process, but if one uses this module the resulting process will behave as GPL-3, but some modules may assume it's simply BSD or LGPL-2 (due eina) and they may have problems. However IANAL. * libeweather have COPYING as LGPL-2.1 but COPYING-PLAIN is about the good old BSD. If you are the author and could clear the situation, do it. -- Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri http://profusion.mobi embedded systems -------------------------------------- MSN: barbi...@gmail.com Skype: gsbarbieri Mobile: +55 (19) 9225-2202 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ThinkGeek and WIRED's GeekDad team up for the Ultimate GeekDad Father's Day Giveaway.
