aye - keep your info.txt up to date please - that means list of things you work
on (or don't anymore), contact info (email, irc, website - if you have/use
them), and yes - new little feature. icon images for you. right now only
icon-map.png is used. but i'm thinking we should try and expand usage - like
for news items added to main page we stick the icon of the poster of the news.
basically i'm trying to put a "human face" onto the e developer crowd. less
opaque. for the icons just note. look at the icons there for me, morlenxus (and
i fixed mcalamelli's just now - well fixed a bit). keep the sizes the same for
the same icon. also keep the same style. ie map icon is small 22x29 with an
arrow at the bottom. all are png's and have alpha with transparent areas except
for the face/bust and a little 50% shadow to the right/bottom of the face/bust.
if you get a photo - find a full one, if you can so it doesnt need to be
cropped/chopped. the other icons are 160x214, 80x107 and 40x54 (big, med, sml
respectively).

if you really don't want your mug online (come on... you know you do!), then
pick some icons/mascot/something non-offensive (and not trademarked/copyrighted
etc.) and do the same with it as above.

that reminds me - we need to randomise the placing of some of these when they
overlap on the same location - you brazilian guys down in campinas are a prime
offender (as are our contingent of crazy parisians) :) - this probably should
be done in the web page js/php.
