No idea, it just doesn't work for me anymore (just noticed), I get:
elm_cnp_helper.c: selection notify callback: 3
elm_cnp_helper.c: Target is TARGETS
elm_cnp_helper.c: Found something: TARGETS
elm_cnp_helper.c: text/uri 605

elm_cnp_helper.c: image/jpeg 607
elm_cnp_helper.c: application/x-elementary-markup 608
elm_cnp_helper.c: text/html;charset=utf-8 609
elm_cnp_helper.c: text/html 529
elm_cnp_helper.c: Atom text/html matches
elm_cnp_helper.c: Sending request for text/html
elm_cnp_helper.c: selection notify callback: 3
elm_cnp_helper.c: Target is text/html
Ignored: No handler!

No idea what's wrong, I wish someone else would test it as well.
The only one working on elm_cnp lately was nash iirc, but it can be
anyone... (maybe even something outside of elm broke it, no idea).
