this output is quite bogus, blame nash about these lame log messages... booooooooohhh likely it is the engine not handling properly the filename. you can enable proper logging with: export EINA_LOG_LEVELS_GLOB="emotion*:4" edje_player external_emotion_elm.edj it should report the trace of what is happening.
