well i can't fix it. someone asked me to fix their account - nothing i could
do. trac admin ui doesnt allow me to do squat except delete the account. they
just re-created it. i don't remember the details. that is the ONLY thing i have
ever done involving deleting an account - i never re-created it. i did it once
only. i can delete your account - no idea if it will fix anything if you create
it again or not.
