most toolkits consider a click whenever you move it inside the item,
like buttons. Only if you move out and release it will be cancelled.

every widget needs to be thought as a case by case basis. For lists,
for instance, we're doing it right. If what was said about elm_entry
is true, it needs to be fixed there... I agree that down -> move -> up
(ie: selecting text) should not trigger a click.
