I've clean-built a relatively recent SVN revision here with these
parameters (except CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE and CMAKE_INSTALL_DO_STRIP and
CMAKE_USER_MAKE_RULES_OVERRIDE), and it worked fine.

What are the versions of the relevant libraries (except EFL-stuff,
which I'll assume you're using SVN)?
