Problem
=======
Accessing "Language Settings" module, advanced options, is impossible to
select "es_ES.UTF-8".
Every time you pick "UFT-8", automatically it became "es_ES.UTF-8@"
If you click in "English" and later in "Spanish", the options will became
crazy.
Examples:
- "UTF-8" may became "[]", or "resIP"
- "ISO-8859-15" may became "[]" or "ISO-P"
- Etc.
