Hmm, odd. I just went through all the icon themes in e17, all found the ibar icons properly as soon as I applied. I think the menus need a restart? A pain to test them all, but the GNOME icon theme found them all after the restart. So, something glitched earlier, but stayed through restarts until I reapplied the icon theme. Icon cache issue?
