Looks like you only changed the init theme:
value "init_default_theme" string:
"/usr/share/enlightenment/data/themes/AL-Luxe-Bodhi.edj";
You'll need to change it a few lines above that also:
group "themes" list {
group "E_Config_Theme" struct {
value "category" string: "theme";
value "file" string: "default.edj";
}
}
