This is the stable Ubuntu, with it's particular version of Cython. I have good reasons for generally sticking with this version of Ubuntu and the versions of packages that come with it. Unsurprisingly enough, a lot of people have good reasons to stick with the stable release of one of the most popular distros to. So, can we have a suitable fix for older cython versions to please?
