s/reverted/rejected/ since I think SVN can actually do that.
It's probably a good idea, otherwise we'll keep thinking "damn this
annoying vtorri guy and his changelogs" every two and a half hours.
And about the moap tool ?
We also didn't say anything about the order of the entries in the
ChangeLog. Eet put them at the end, but most other projects put them at
top (i find that more natural, as we are first interested by the latest
changes).
