There is a bunch of things in svn that are not building right now due to API changes in elementary that are ongoing. http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/wiki/ElementaryChanges and a recent email to this list titled "[ANNOUNCEMENT] ElementaryChanges wiki page" explains all about that. There was also a recent email explaining that the right thing to do when breaking API is to go through the E SVN and fix up what ever random projects you broke.
