I am not seeing this issue in my e17 desktop, though I find another behaviour.
If I start resizing the window rapidly and stop at some point, the window is not of the shape I resize it to. It is of the resized to a previous position of the mouse cursor. I expect the window to follow and resize itself to where I drag it.
