i agree - function additions and deprecations should be changeloged (chlog
will be summarized into news eventually anyway so thats not so important). if u
are still working on the api and it not complete yet - sure, it can wait until
its settled. but when u are done, before u walk off to other bigger and better
things.. changelog it.
