actually the hide/show thing frames now do actually is pretty much what i kind
of originally imagined for panels. a way of grouping content into a container
that can expand or contract to show its content.

current panel would need to adjust its min size to be more useful as u cant
make content size up based on the panel hiding (or size down on show).
