it should. Evas.h includes Eina.h. someone has to be able to just use the evas
pkgconfig info to compile something that JUST includes (and links to) evas.
thus to make it work it MUST also add in the CFLAGS for eina. the thing linking
to evas should need to not know its dependency chain - if it changes in future
or not.
