I changed the code about the part which was discussed with you.
So the item which is lower than standard priority is located in more menu
or panel.

I cannot say that hidding the item, in spite of the enough space, is better
than showing them always.
But someone may want to expand the width of item and hide unimportant items.
I just made it is possible. If anyone don't want it, he will not use it.
