i'm not sure this is a bug - i don't think it needs fixing. if an event is set
to "31st of every month" then if there is no 31st the event doesn't exist. what
do you do for feb? you move ti to the 28th or whatever? if an event is to have
the logic of "on th2 31st except if there is no a 31st then on the last day of
the month instead" i'd say it's up to the app using elm calendar to enforce
such logic itself... either that or create a new event type/flags that indicate
such rounding-down is to occur. for me - logically, if the date doesnt exist,
the event is skipped.
