Note: new (1.x) connman requires an Agent to request passwords and
such, we do not provide it for econnman as e17 gadget will provide it.
You can run connman/test/simple-agent from a command line to connect
to authenticated networks until then.

Note2: e17 gadget will be updated later to just show services and
provide the Agent. I'll change it's Controls button to call this
binary if it exists.

Note3: eventually (as my time allows or people help) we will convert
this to native/C and make people happy. Until then we have it in
Python.
