no. it's staying in a single efl tree. the only split may be in the .so's
produced. for now we will produce all the .so's we produce already. we will
eventually add a single libefl.so option with symlinks for backwards compat. if
we instead split into eflcore/eflgui etc. i don't know right now. that's for
later. the advantages of a single libefl.so for the MAJORITY if our user base
is significant, so it's worth it.
