currently at the bottom of the page trac.enlightenment.org/e/wiki/Translating there are some paragraphs about launchpad and damned lies, but the problem is that these services are now out of date or simply not working, and people still sends on the e-intl list files generated there. if there are no objections I would remove any reference to them.
