Apparently the functionality of AM_PROG_CC_STDC was merged a long time ago with
AC_PROG_CC. This patch applies to trunk, any configure.ac file where both
macros are called, AM_PROG_CC_STDC is removed. Any file where AM_PROG_CC_STDC
is called alone, it's replaced with AC_PROG_CC.
AM_PROG_CC_STDC was removed from Automake 1.13.
