And yep, using trunk e, with merged EFL tree. Actually setting the composite focus-out colour to white made my unfocused windows, menus, and shelves usable again. Black on black was just not working for me. Begs the question, why are menus and shelves using the composite focus-out colour? Not just E menus, but all menus on everything, and things like scroll bar knobs on non EFL proggies. -- A big old stinking pile of genius that no one wants coz there are too many silver coated monkeys in the world.
