I don't really mind. There is 3 place where this function is called
from and in evas_render.c there is a explicit test and action when
uv{w,h} is <= 0. That's why I think that the problem may be somewhere
else. If we do have some code that handle it in a specific way, maybe
all code should have such logic (In evas render it avoid any drawing
request on that surface).
