They are actually more of a hack that I use when I work on textblock. It started making issues without EAPI with my current setup so I added the EAPI. I haven't namespaced them as I want to type as little as possible when debugging. :)
If they ever clash for someone, that someone should change it locally. Since you need to change the #if 0 anyway, it's not something that's not accessible or anythingi.
