I didn't elaborate on that because we didn't finish our "internal 
testing". But at the moment we are using gitolite for access control 
which looks pretty good.

We'll have a git repo for component, e.g:
efl
e
elementary
expedite
...

As for actual working methodology: we'll have to decide that over time. 
I think we'll just stick with the current "svn" way. I don't believe 
people will adopt pre-commit reviews that easily. But we do plan on 
having that for non-commiters contributions.
