That's a good write up. You forgot two other reasons for reducing memory consumption. Leaves more room for other things. You know, like EFL based apps, non EFL based apps, the OS, etc. Plus some of us work with memory constrained embedded devices. -- A big old stinking pile of genius that no one wants coz there are too many silver coated monkeys in the world.
