Hi,

When the cursor stands over the last cell and a double wide (CJK) character
is printed, it is truncated and hence becomes unreadable. The cursor
should immediately wrap to the next line (leaving a blank cell at the end
of the line which should not be included when copy-pasting the text), and
the whole CJK character should be printed in the new line so that it's not
truncated and is fully readable.

The same applies when rewrapping the content on window resize. Currently,
if a CJK is cut in half in the first place, it partially overlaps with the
adjacent CJK character after window resize.

thx,
egmont
