Thanks, that seems to be the hangup. I changed the version number in the pc 
file and it finished up the configure script. Now to test and see if it builds 
happily with this flavor of EGL.

The difference in versions is from the RPi accelerated EGL driver vs the EGL 
driver provided by Mesa. If it is checking for > 9.2.0 then it is expecting 
the Mesa EGL driver.
