I do agree here, probie is not in my opinion a bureaucratic
hierarchical things. It is mostly a training step for people who are
not used to working with OSS technologie. I do trust Sebastian to ask
for review if he contribute patch to part he doesn't know as well as
gstreamer/emotion.
