No we didn't, it's only done in e at the moment, not the efl.
Also, I don't like the way it's done in e. In e it's taking the place of 
the relevant component (e.g "Evas textblock:") and has to be in the 
summary line.

I'd rather have something like.

"Evas textblock: Fixed a bug with bla.

More bla bla bla about the issue.
@fix"

While allowing:

"Evas textblock: @fix issue with bla."
