I've still got all this stuff on my TODO to study in depth and make
comments on, just been too busy with everything else to get to it yet.
So it's likely it will all be finished and set in stone before I get a
chance to contribute. Though this is Enlightenment, I can always wait
for the next rewrite. B-)

But since you asked, I can give my entirely uninformed opinions ...

I've also not even heard of this Karma language, but as it is we have
C, Edje, Embryo, Lua, Autofoo, make, M4, Unix shell scripting, ... It
might be better to try to use one of the existing languages EFL
developers might have to deal with already to see if it fits the
purpose, before adding Yet Another Language into the mix. Especially
adding an obscure one I've never heard of, and I'm good at obscure
languages. B-)

I have a feeling Lua could do the job. I think I commented before on
one of the examples that it looked like Lua, though it wasn't Lua. Lua
has the advantages you mentioned, plus the big advantage of already
being part of EFL. So It's not something extra or new, it's already
there, as a dependency even.

In fact, this Karma language is not part of the huge Ubuntu software
repos, that's how obscure it is. Having to hunt down issues for an
obscure language with a name so common any google hits on it will be
drowned out by other uses of the word "karma" will be a big obstacle to
adoption.

I know, you might argue that only you and your cojoined twin brother
ever need to actually deal with this Karma language, but that wont be
the case. It's Yet Another Language EFL coders might have to deal
with. Me, I eat obscure languages for breakfast, but I know most
people would be put off by that.

tl,dr - Karma's a bitch. B-)
