It was a bug in 1.9 so a backport to the efl-1.9 branch. If you feel like checking if it also was a bug in 1.8 and go all the way of testing it you can also backport it to the 1.8 branch. It really depends on how serious a bug is. If it leads to data corruption or fixes a security hole we also should try to backport it to older releases.
