this is pretty simple. i made a list of everyone who has not committed to any git repository we have for the past 6 months. slight problem is that people don't keep their email addresses up to date in info.txt vs their git author email, so i've had to manually check almost everyone. (i made a script to help automate this but it was getting stuff wrong)...
SO here is the list. if your user id/login is on it and you think it should be taken off...
