Agreed. When I have seen the commit I was making a mental note about 
adding
it to the release notes but I forgot about it. Instead of a mental note 
I
should have added it to the draft directly. :/

I will edit the wiki as well as the blog entry to reflect this.

That looks as if elm does not find the eolian_cxx binary. You can set 
the
path like you would do it for edje_cc.
