I understand your one person doing a excellent job getting wayland ready and i look forward to shipping e with wayland soon. It would just be convenient for me and possibly other distro maintainers to have a release now before wayland is ready, then another in a few months when your wayland work has been finished and we have all had a chance to test it a little.
