Hi, The bot that I use can do this (~tell <nick> <message>) but it was banned as all others are. I know it was a tad noisy but I could turn off all features apart from that and it could be unbanned maybe?
I find bots useful for this purpose. It could be tweaked to also replay messages mentioning you when you return.
