yes - each branch is "stable" as you say - we only support 1 version back. that
means right now we ONLY suport the e19 branch and the efl 1.11 branch etc. -
until efl 1.12 is out or e20 is out - then we only support those stable
branches while we work on master. so sticking to e17 == accepting no support
from upstream
