can you hunt down all your .desktop files on your system and check if they have
the "NoMachine Service" string in them. i suspect you have more than one. can
you upload their content? i suspect that seb says is right - they have 2, one
is for showing in gnome, one for kde. e ignores "ShowOnlyIn" properties by
default because these are only ever listing kde or gnome - never e, and thus
it's kind of pointless to filter things out as then people complain that some
desktop file shows in gnome and not in e.
