Hello.

1.13 should only be a week away so its time to see if we are all happy
with the schedule for 1.14.

My proposal looks like this:

2015-02-09 Merge window for 1.14 opens
2015-03-30 Notice about soon ending merge window
2015-04-06 Merge window is over.

  * Only bug fixes from this point
  * Alpha release tarball
  * Four weeks stabilization phase starts

2015-04-13 Beta1 release tarball

  * Only critical fixes from this point

2015-04-20 Beta2 release tarball
2015-04-27 Beta3 release tarball
2015-05-04 EFL 1.14 is Out

Its again the 8+4 split which I think worked well. At least it did for
me and I heard no complains.

If for some reason we have to delay 1.13 for a few days I would move the
schedule for a full week (starting 16th) as I want it aligned with the
Monday releases.

EFL Dev Day US is towards the end of the merge window but still has over
a week after it to merge things so I think that is fine.

Any other problems you folks see time wise?

If I hear nothing else I will consider it fixed towards the end of the week.

regards
Stefan Schmidt
