Right click context menu works here when text is selected in the main entry

The icon the edit settings is looking for is called "gtk-edit". Ideally the
"edit" icon would be displayed, but elementary is rude and overwrites the
built in edit icon with its own. You can change which icon ePad uses for
this on line 1183. As you can see in my screenshots the icon theme I
utilize has this icon.

Making the line number italic is a good idea. The rest of those are feature
requests I'd like to implement eventually. They are on my running TODO list.

Ideally people should just be installing ePad via their package manager
which will also install elmextensions. Really though, you can just place
the elmextensions folder in the same directory as the ePady.py and it will
find it.
