um... testing it in elm test... it loops for me. focus style test. focus 2,
focus, focus custom chain, focus on part, button test - i got bored. every test
case has focus looping when it gets to the end (and i use tab) and also the
reverse (shift+tab). using efl git from a build 5 mins ago.
