We just got the confirmation for the location. Thanks to OpenWide for 
hosting us!

I updated the wiki page for the location. A quick check showed plenty of 
hotels around. No recommendation right now.

We are still seeking talk proposals, proposals for hand-on session and 
hackathon items.
