I disagree.  I had never heard of egg (Zip, LZMA, AES-256) archives
before.  Thanks for pointing out the link.

It appears to have been used in 2013 in Korea and is available for Linux.
In any case, Egg archives are redundant to the functionality already
standardized by Zip.
I don't think EGG is a MIME type yet so it is irrelevant still.

If you want to now establish a future standard for an E Gui Generator then
EGG is a better name.
Or store the resources inside an .egg archive if it makes you happy.  But
that purpose is redundant to Eet.

I'd prefer the egg archive format disappear into obscurity, and not the E
Gui Generator.  What do you think?
Which one would become more popular if there is competition for the simple
name?
Case in point: Windows(tm) or DEC Windows?
