These releases REQUIRE the current EFL+Elementary pre-releases (which you
should have tested by now):

Again, E18 final REQUIRES those 1.8 series releases. It WILL not build
against git, and this is intentional.
I don't expect any changes to occur between now and tomorrow; the only
commits which may be included are translation updates and CRITICAL bug
fixes.
Please notify me immediately if any build failures are discovered.
