Use 
http://freshmeat.net/redir/menuconvert_systemtoe/32665/url_tgz/MenuConvert_SystemToE-0.1.4.tar.gz

to convert you KDE & GNOME menus to E menus,

and use e16menuedit to fine-tune your menu afterwards. Type "e16menuedit" 
on Google to find the link. I've an rpm file for redhat. Email me if you 
can't it on the web. :-)
