I recently moved over to using the maildir format to store email, which my old E-Biff from epplets-0.5 couldn't cope with. So I was pleased to see that the CVS version had been patched to add maildir support.
Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to install the CVS version. I grabbed e16 from CVS, but under the epplets directory I don't see any configure script. The only script that is there is autogen.sh, which according to the CVS logs doesn't work yet. I can confirm that - I tried it despite the warning, just in case ;-) It seems to run OK, but running make after fails with compiler errors. I assume these are expected since it's not supposed to work anyway according to the logs, but I can supply details if they'd be useful. I also tried playing around with building an RPM using the spec file, but unsurprisingly it complained about not finding a configure script. Is there something I'm missing, or should I wait for the autoconf installation to be finished? I know I could just use some other Biff-like applet that supports maildir's, but I like to get E-Biff working if possible.
