yup. perc = percent, just = justification. values are 0-1024 where
0 = 0%
512 = 50%
1024 = 100%

for example

0 is special for size which means "use original image size" (ie a 348x236 image
will be 348x236 pixels on screen). percentages are relative to the screen.
justification of x=50% y=50% = centered 100%,100% = bottom right corner. size
100% = width of screen 50% = half width of screen etc. etc. etc.
