Could you give a bit more info? I assume you are running E 0.16.6. Which theme, which "window", and which edge?
the theme I use is ganymede. I use to start the iconbox and the pager with a pager_bottom style border, in a shaded state and to the upper edge of the screen. this way I have only the titlebar of these windows, and this is a useful thing if you work with a 800x600 display :) the strange thing is that these shaded windows, as well as any other window I start in the same way, doesn't place to the edge at startup, but it place a few pixels away from the edge. if I manually unshade and shade them again they magically stick to the edge. I'm running E 0.16.6, but this thing happened even with E 0.16.5. it's not really a great problem, and this is the reason why I did not reported it before.
